Substantive expertise in areas such as sustainable development, local and regional socio-economic development (economic and employment opportunities, labour market issues, vocational training), evaluation of the efficiency and effectiveness of policies, development of monitoring systems.
Carried out research for various types of organizations: e.g. municipalities, provinces, regions, national ministries, European Union, employers and workers organizations, companies, schools.
Worked several times abroad. Among others on behalf of the EC in the former Czechoslovakia (1992) and the Baltic Republics esp. Lithuania (1999).
