I have been working for the editors for publications (5 books, 100 articles and 3 multimedia instruments) (from ten years ago; totally more than 3.000 pages, two software and two law data base). I have collaborated to the constitution of a data bank on the regulation, the laws, the jurisprudence and the literature concerning hygiene, quality and the wholesomeness of foodstuffs (salubrity of aliments) and drinks are concerned; CD-rom published by EPC editor, Rome.
